deleteOfAnAbsentKeyIsANoOp

fun deleteOfAnAbsentKeyIsANoOp(): TestResult

DurableStore.delete's contract is "No-op if the key is absent" — so deleting a key nothing ever wrote must return normally, and must leave the store as it found it.

The second assertion is the one with teeth: a backend whose delete writes a tombstone, or creates the entry in order to remove it, passes "did not throw" and fails this.
