That last group is the one most worth reading before declaring this arm, because it includes leaveIsIdempotentEvenWhenTeardownFails — and the mutation receipt below records that deleting SeamRoom.leave's idempotency guard outright is invisible to the ungated leaveIsIdempotent and caught only there. Declining fault injection therefore gives up the only place Room.leave's idempotency is actually testable, not merely the partition scenarios.

trackingUrl is not optional and not defaulted: an umbrella constant would let every subclass point at the same permanently-open issue, which is how a declaration decays back into a skip. Point it at the harness's own blocking issue — the thing that would have to change for this arm to become Supported.
