opSerializer
The canonical op serializer, without needing a Fugue instance — the companion form of OpLogCrdt.opSerializer.
This matters more here than on Rga. RgaOpSerializer is already public, so an instance-free consumer of that type always had a route; FugueOpSerializer is internal, so before this the only way to canonically encode a FugueOp was to hold a replica — and a decoder reading ops back out of storage has bytes and no replica. The workaround was minting an empty Fugue purely to obtain a serializer, which is the tell that the codec was never an instance concern.
Without it the reachable alternative is the compiler-generated sealed serializer, whose wire format differs (class-discriminator polymorphism rather than the canonical leading t tag) and which CBOR cannot encode for a polymorphic element type — bytes outside the golden-vector guarantee, written silently.
Parameters
the KSerializer for element type V.
