A Sequence view, deliberately: the concrete collection behind the op-log is not part of the public contract, so it stays free to change.

Not a complete history, but — unlike Rga, which also carries an id-less compactedBelow floor — every id Fugue forgets is named by a retained FugueOp.Compact, so what was dropped is always recoverable from the log itself.
