Returns a KSerializer for JsonCrdt. The replica id is not included in the wire format; deserialized documents default to ReplicaId("").

Always call withReplica before mutating a deserialized document. Minting dots under ReplicaId("") shares the sentinel namespace used by RgaId.HEAD and corrupts Dot uniqueness across peers.
