causalFloor
The delivered dots this replica compacted away without keeping their ids — exactly compactedBelow.
The bounded half of the delivered surface: raising it purges an own dot's op without recording a RgaOp.Compact for it — no per-dot id set, which is what keeps this O(authors) instead of O(elements). That does not mean every dot beneath the floor is absent from causalDots, though: dropWindow's contiguity walk steps over an own dot a still-retained Compact already recorded (an inherited or previously-explicit one), so that dot can end up beneath the floor while causalDots keeps re-emitting it. Read the two as a union, as Quilted.causalFloor describes — the overlap is harmless.
