resolveTrace

Resolve the trace active on the current call.

Prefer resolveAtEdge, which calls this and resolves the attribute mapper in the same step; a capture edge that only calls this leaves NormalizedLogEvent.resolvedAttributes unresolved and reintroduces #1630.

Returns null when no provider is wired (the M1 always-on default) or when the provider reports no active trace.
