DROP_OLDEST

Drop the oldest buffered entry when the buffer is full.

Accounted for either way, by the exporter's own means — WarpSpanExporter logs each drop, WarpLogRecordExporter counts it on ExporterHealth.dropped. See the enum KDoc.
