causalStamp

Optional happens-before position for causal-link inference.

null (the default) means the span was not stamped — today's behavior, no inference, and byte-compatible with records written before this field existed. A span only gains inferred SpanLinks once it carries a stamp. Kept last so existing positional/named callers are unaffected.
