Frames from unadmitted peers are silently dropped. Hot; backed by a shared flow. Late collectors miss historical frames — including an admitted member's first frames on a host room handed to a host { onRoom } consumer, which is started and admitting before that consumer runs. A consumer that must not lose them reads incomingFrom instead.
