identifiedLoomPair
A host/joiner Loom pair wired by one in-memory connectionPair: host weaves an identified seam over one end, joiner over the other. For driving SeamConformanceSuite against the LinkSeam primitive.
identifiedLoomPair over a caller-supplied link, so the caller keeps both ends.
The reason to hold them is SeamConformanceSuite.injectMidSessionDeath: dropping the transport out from under a live session needs a handle on the transport, and the no-arg overload mints its connectionPair internally and throws both ends away. Closing a Connection here closes only that end's outbound spool, which is the peer's inbound — so a harness proving the symmetric both-ends-die contract must close both, as PeerMeshConformanceTest does.
Parameters
.first becomes the host's end, .second the joiner's.
