peers
The loom's shared registry while this seam is live, and exactly { selfId } once it has closed (#2443, obligation from #1816). Handing the raw registry through failed both halves at once: a torn seam kept naming every remaining remote, and close removes this peer from that registry so its own id went missing too.
latchingTo rather than a mapped view: the registry is shared, so it keeps changing after this seam tears, and a constant transform over it would re-publish { selfId } to every surviving collector on each of those changes. Identical to InMemorySeam, which this loom is a drop-in replacement for and which was fixed the same way in #1849.
