Establishes a mesh spoke Seam:

Rendezvous.New — not meaningful for a client; throws UnsupportedOperationException.
Rendezvous.Existing — connects to the WebSocketAdvertisement URL and returns a mesh spoke Seam over one WebSocketConnection, completing the MeshHello preamble.
