This array's own Rga.causalFloor raised by the causalFloor of every element it holds — the floor counterpart of the causalDots union above, over the same set.

A floored Rga records no ids, so its dots have already left causalDots; a composite that did not aggregate here would report a frontier missing exactly those dots and stall the GC this capability exists to keep moving.
